Our agency is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities. Our application is available to any interested person upon request.
Incomplete applications will not be processed. All required forms and documents must be submitted with completed applications. Those individuals who file an application with our agency are given consideration for employment as vacancies occur. Applications are only valid for 60 days from the date of submission. Thereafter, a new application will need to be re-submitted for any vacancies that occur within our organization.
In addition, all applications must be notarized to ensure authenticity and realiable data. Falsification of any portion of this application will result in initial rejection of the application and will be cause for immediate dismissal of employment with the CDD upon discovery.
All applicants that are considered for employment will also be subjected to a Criminial Background check and Employee Abuse Registry screening. The CDD is an "At Will" and EEOC Employer.
