Admissions and Referrals:
Admission to the CDD service delivery system is based on the availability of a program opening and is based on the capability of the agency to provide services compatible with the needs of the individual applicant without regards to sex, religion, or ability to pay for services. Referrals for services may be made directly to the CDD by contacting the Adult Services Coordinator. A referral found ineligible for services will be referred to a more appropriate service delivery system.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for Adult Services, an individual must:
- Be 18 years of age
- Have a developmental disability
- Have a functional limitation
- Have a condition that reflects the person's needs for services
Cost of Services:
There is no fee for services provided through the Citizens for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc. Services are funded by the State of New Mexico, the Medicaid Waiver Program, Medicaid, the Medically Fragile Program, the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and other grants and sources.
